Use the Contact page to give me as much information as you would like and I will get back to you as soon as possible. I will then send you pictures of the urn with an invoice if everything is exactly the way you want, you can pay right on it with a card or PayPal, (No need for a down payment). I then send your urn out asap with FedEx and send you the tracking information. If you are not happy with the urn I will send you, your money back minus shipping and engraving charge as soon as we receive the urn back.
